Paris Hilton was spotted in a yacht outing on the Mediterranean Sea after claims that she was caught for pot. She was held by French police two days ago after flying into Corsica with cannabis in her handbag, according to reports. The socialite landed at Figari airport on the French island and was due to board her yacht to Sardinia. But she was stopped by police after she was allegedly picked out by their sniffer dogs and taken into their offices for questioning.
Officers allegedly found less than a gram of the drug in her handbag and she was released without charge after less than half an hour, according to newspaper Corse-Matin.
'So sick of people making up rumours about me. The latest one about me is completely false too. Don't believe what you read. Silly nonsense.' she tweeted in frustration.
Accompanied by her sister and several girl friends, Paris was seen enjoying the sun and sea aboard a luxury yacht moored off Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy.
The heiress and her friends, who were soaking up the sun off the coast of the Italian island of Sardinia, threw caution to the wind and seemingly had a great day. And sporting a skimpy bikini, Paris bravely tossed off her top while a paparazzi took a snapshot.
'Just finished racing the wave runners. Now laying out on the yacht top deck enjoying the sun. What a beautiful day,' she tweeted.
She also boasted her luxurious transport stating that: “Our yacht is incredible! Has its own pool, hot tub, movie theatre, recording studio, spa/massage room, gym, arcade room, helicopter pad and the most beautiful bedrooms and decor. I’m in Heaven on the water.
